I believe all children have the capacity to learn. Each child possesses a different learning style and different level of motivation. Children best learn when in an environment of respect, love and warmth. As a teacher I hold the power to create that environment. Rather than conveying information I desire to empower to students to learn how to learn. Essentially, I want the student to learn how to think. The teacher, parent and student are all stakeholders in the educational process. If all components work together it is my belief that the student will realize success at some level.
Homework is assigned for two basic reason: 1. To reinforce a lesson that has been taught. 2. To prepare a student for next day's lesson. Therefore, is essential that homework be completed on time. Even if the assingment is not on time I believe that the student should complete the assignment because it has value.To check and see what homework has been assigned click the class below.
