Welcome to Mrs. Lau's Health and Physical Education Home Page

    

      WELCOME!! My name is Mrs. Lau. I have been teaching Health and Physical Education in the Pittsgrove Township School District since 2001. I attended Millville High School and went on to graduate form Rowan University. I played softball at Rowan and was honored to be named to the NCAA Softball All-American team three times. I am currently the Varsity Softball Coach at Schalick High School, and the Middle School Field Hockey Coach. In my free time I enjoy skiing, playing softball, and beach vacations. I hope that my students are as excited about participating Physical Education as I am.
