My Philosophy I chose my profession during my early years in High School. I took several Home Economic classes. Although I was an honor student, I really enjoyed my elective courses. I decided that I wanted to teach a class that I knew students would enjoy attending and I wanted to be able to share and teach skills that could and would be used for a life time. So here I am. I must say that I love what I do.
